• You will receive 1,440 bottles at an approximate retail value of $29,200. Wine will ship to you in bottles or bulk wine which you will have to bottle. This is determined by state laws.
• Hotel and Airfare to Texas for wine making and management training is included for one person. (Approximately 5 days).
• Training will continue with webinars.
• Winery Developers is not a franchise and has no on going royalty payments required.
• 60 days free support after your grand opening.

• Ongoing support available on a consulting basis at additional cost after 60 days

• Depending on your location and finish out, you should have approximately $150,000 to $395,000 for construction, equipment, permits and supplies.
• Get started today with a $3000 deposit and a letter of intent. We will then provide you with a comprehensive cost analysis and a business plan model to follow.
• If additional training in Texas is required there will be an additional cost per day.
• Additional wine is available for purchase - this purchase has to be placed, no later than, 90 days after the sales agreement is signed.
• Add on Wine Package 1 – An additional 400 bottles of wine, 2 months Free Wine Events Pro software and 2 additional months of support. - $5,000
